Cory Mahoney is a sculptural artist primarily working with ceramic processes in Columbus, OH. Originally from Southern California, he received his MFA in Ceramics from Alfred University in 2018 and BFA in Ceramics from California State University Long Beach in 2015. He is a co-founder of Dream Clinic Project Space, an artist-run space in Columbus, Ohio. Cory has been a resident at The Center for Contemporary Ceramics in Long Beach, CA and Terrain at Enos Park, Springfield IL. He has exhibited his work in solo and group exhibitions across the country from artist-run spaces such as the Granite City Art and Design District in Granite City, IL to museums, galleries and academic institutions such as the Arizona State University Art Museum, Phoenix AZ.
