Education

  • BFA in Photography from California College of the Arts in 2022
Ashley Martin-Prideaux is an interdisciplinary artist from Indiana, primarily working with photography. Ashley’s work centers around themes of intimacy and connection, primarily with a focus on queer families and experiences that exist beyond traditional norms. Ashley received a BFA in photography from California College of the Arts in 2022. At the time, she lived and made work in San Francisco, where she co-ran a DIY gallery in the city and taught at the Harvey Milk Photography Center. 
 
Ashley’s pieces have been shown in galleries such as Martin Lawrence, Wave Collective Space, Someday Gallery, SOMArts, the Harvey Milk Photo Center, and student galleries at California College of the Arts and San Francisco Art Institute. Her photographs have been published in Lucky Star magazine, Find Rangers, Float Magazine, and Rewind, Review, Respond.
