Evan Dawson (b. 1988; MFA, The Ohio State University 2012) has been lecturing in the Foundations Area, teaching Introduction to 3D and Expanded Media. His work is performative in nature, investigating how various forms of documentation, including objects, information, and memory reperform a poetic gesture. Objects, drawings, actions, posters, stories, and collaborations evolve out of and move toward singular images to witness the event of a material/spiritual coincidence.
