Brandon Whitacre

Brandon Whitacre, along with his wife and daughter, currently resides in Columbus, Ohio. His travels in places like Oregon, Alaska, and Japan, eventually led him to back to his roots. A Midwestern native, he has spent the past few years working and studying in Indiana. Brandon studied ceramics at Ball State University, where he earned his MA in 2009. His interests in spirituality, agriculture, symbolism, and art history, are at the heart of his ceramic work. In addition to clay, he also interested in the nature, verse, watercolor, music, and earl grey tea. Brandon is currently working on his MFA in ceramics at The Ohio State University.
